Why Tech Check hasn’t been daily.

We’ve been working under the hood on some cool enhancements to augment our March launch. For example, we’ve created a “new” badge. It’s controlled by a cookie, so every time a new post hits, that new badge is appended. That way, you know exactly when the story is new. The caveatt? I can’t get it to work in IE, so yeah, that’s the only prob.

Also, we’ve got it so we can publish less important stories not in this lovely blue box. This story is newer than the story above, but since it’s not special anymore, it appears down here. Expect that so that we can create a daily show that is constantly being updated, and then over here we post all the individual stories. It’s awesome! We’re basically done with the “under the hood” stuff, so we’ll have shows back on soon. We don’t have any wordpress / php / any sort of programmers, so I’m doing this stuff all myself.

Hence why simple things take so long.

BTW, we’re getting out of alpha in the first week of March. For now, peep the shows below.

OMG!!! New design!!!

As you can see from the lovely new design, we’re back with a presence. Instead of a show today, we’re going to finish working out our design issues. It looks pretty, right? =) Too bad I didn’t design it. We finally wised up and decided we’d rather have a page with more than one video. Let us know what you think in the new comments!
